Do you offer free shipping? Yes — free shipping on every domestic order, no minimum. International shipping is a flat $9.99.
Will I get a tracking number? Yes. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If you don't see it within 3 business days, check spam first, then reach out through our Contact page and we'll track it down.

What's the 30-Day Happy Pet Guarantee? If your pet (or you) isn't happy with a product within 30 days of delivery, send it back for a full refund or exchange. No hoops to jump through.

Who pays return shipping? If the item arrived damaged or wrong, we cover it. If it's a change-of-mind return, return shipping is on the buyer.

How do I clean/maintain my product? Most items are machine-washable or wipe-clean — check the care note on your product page. If you can't find it, message us with the product name and we'll send exact care instructions.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective? Send a photo through the Contact page within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund, no return required in most cases.
