Refund policy

Your pet's happiness is the whole point. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of receiving your order, email us at petananda.petstore@gmail.com or call +1 512-690-0718 (calls only, no texts) for a full refund or replacement. For low-cost items you may not even need to return the product — just reach out and we'll make it right. We respond within 24 hours. If an item does need to come back, email us first and we'll send the return address. Returns go to our fulfillment partner's warehouse, which may be outside the US, and return postage is the customer's responsibility. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 days.
