Shipping policy

We ship within the United States and to 27 other countries. Domestic (US) orders ship free once your order total reaches $45 — orders under that ship for a flat $4.99. International orders are $9.99 (standard) or $29.99 (heavier items), depending on weight. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 7–15 business days domestically (longer for international deliveries, plus any customs processing in your country). You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Most orders ship directly from our fulfillment partners' warehouses in China, which is why delivery takes 7–15 business days; tracking covers the whole journey. Questions?
